Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days
    • International: 7-21 business days
  • Please note that delivery times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, WithDaPack is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • WithDaPack is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • In case of lost packages, we recommend contacting the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, there may be some restrictions based on your location or the type of product ordered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
