2. Where are your products made? Our products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, using high-quality materials sourced globally. While collections are made in various locations, most orders ship from Broward County, Florida.
3. How can I purchase WithdaPack products? You can shop our collections directly on our website. Stay updated on new drops and exclusive releases by subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media.
4. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Detailed shipping information is available at checkout.
5. Can I change or cancel my order? As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order. If the cancellation window has passed, your order cannot be changed or canceled.
6. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and other forms of payment. If you wish to use something not listed, contact us at chase@withdapack.com.
7. When will my order be processed? All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

9. What if I don't receive my order? If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, please contact us at chase@withdapack.com. You may be eligible for a full refund.
10. Will I be charged customs and taxes? For international orders, WithdaPack is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Payment of these charges and taxes will not be covered by us. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
11. What if my package is lost or damaged? WithdaPack is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. For lost packages, contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
12. How do I care for my WithdaPack clothing? Each piece comes with specific care instructions to help maintain its quality. Be sure to follow these guidelines for the best results.
13. Are your collections limited edition? Yes, we take pride in creating limited-edition collections to maintain exclusivity. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked.

15. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged? Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
