Are your collectibles authentic?

Yes. Every collectible is carefully verified before listing. Graded cards are authenticated by recognized grading companies, and raw cards are inspected prior to shipment. We do not sell replicas or unofficial products.


How securely are items shipped?

All collectibles are packaged with care:

  • Raw cards are sleeved, top-loaded, and secured.

  • Graded cards are reinforced and protected during transit.

We ship the way we would want our own items shipped.


How long does shipping take?

Collectibles ship within 1–3 business days.
Apparel is made to order and typically ships within 2–5 business days.

Tracking is provided for every order.


Do you accept returns?

All collectibles are final sale.

Due to market volatility and condition sensitivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on collectibles once purchased.

Apparel is made to order and cannot be returned for sizing or buyer preference.


What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review the claim and assist accordingly.


Do you offer grading services?

Yes. We offer structured grading submission services for collectors seeking a professional process.


Do you offer consignment?

Yes. We handle listing, marketing, and payment processing. Terms are agreed upon before items are listed.
